• Counselors are responsible for ensuring that all activities on the residents’ floors run safely and smoothly according to the implemented policies and procedures. • The YMCA’s recruitment process includes comprehensive background screening, including a pre-employment drug test and a criminal background check upon hire, and a wide range of training. *Must be Berkeley College FWS eligible only. • Minimum: High School graduate or equivalent • Demonstrated computer skills.
