WHY YOU’LL LOVE THE CLUB • Strong earning potential: Start at $19/hour, with uncapped styling and retail commissions plus commissions on additional HairClub solutions. Average total earnings are approximately $60,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000+ before gratuities. Gratuities provide an additional earning opportunity. • Established clientele: step into an existing client base without having to build your own book of business. • A schedule you can count on: Tuesday through Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. WHAT YOU BRING • Current active “worked in state” cosmetology license. • Strong cutting, coloring, consultation, and communication skills. • A client-first mindset and confidence recommending products and solutions. • Strong relationship-building and time-management skills. • Professionalism, flexibility, and a desire to keep learning.
