As a Community Resource Facilitator, you will: • Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers. • Greets walk in customers and answers phone calls providing support for community residents looking for resources • Provides information and referral services to customers based on presenting needs such as access to food, employment, housing services, veteran services, financial needs, medical services, academic services, counseling services, technology services, etc. • Maintains records in an accurate, up-to-date, confidential manner in accordance with Goodwill and CARF standards. • Leads mission services as assigned.
