What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll help ensure our community remains safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained. Responsibilities include: • Completing resident service requests • Maintaining community and apartment grounds • Handling apartment punch work and make‑ready tasks • Performing general plumbing and general electrical repairs • Communicating clearly and professionally with residents and team members • Remaining calm and composed in fast‑paced situations Qualifications • Minimum 3 year of apartment maintenance experience • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills • Positive, team‑focused mindset • Weekend availability • Participation in shared on‑call rotation required • HVAC Certification Required • CPO Certification Preferred (Not Required) Why Us?
