The Ashford is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician who doesn’t just complete work orders but takes ownership, solves problems, and helps create a community our residents are proud to call home. What you’ll be doing: • Responding to and completing service requests with care and urgency • Maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the community • Completing apartment punch lists and make-ready units • Performing drywall repair, painting, and general upkeep • Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing and electrical issues What you bring to the team: • At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience • HVAC and CPO certifications preferred • Experience with appliances and plumbing repairs is a plus • Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations • A willingness to jump in, help out, and support the team What you need to know: • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • On-call rotation and weekend availability are required At The Ashford, we don’t just maintain apartments, we take care of people.
