The pay for this position is $59,752.50-$64,704 annually. $5,000 sign-on bonus Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year! As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will be providing risk assessment, brief supportive counseling, referral to resources and other identified supports to individuals and families experiencing a mental health crisis. To be successful in this role, you will have: • A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience required; Master’s degree is preferred. • Experience working with people of all ages in the mental health and/or substance use context. • The ability to complete a mental status exam and suicide assessment on individuals in distress and make appropriate referrals for services. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external providers.
