Overview The PBX Operator is responsible for answering and directing calls to and from and within the Medical Center. The PBX Operator is also responsible for monitoring of alarms and activating of the appropriate response to emergencies. Ability to work under pressure3. Previous switchboard experience desired or heavy phone experience4. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)5. Bilingual desirable
