To include filling sausage casing with meat mixture. Ability to use meat grinder. • Strictly follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area to prevent cross-contamination and uphold the highest standards of food safety in the trimming process. • Efficiently manage time to meet production goals, working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a steady supply of trimmed meat for BBQ preparation while minimizing waste and maintaining productivity. • Ability to complete tasks asked for by the management team.
