Responsibilities Essential Functions: • Delivering exceptional care to the dedicated client in their home • Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans • Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation • Keep order, safety and client enjoyment top of mind at all times • Clear and articulate comunication to the office team • Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed Qualifications Required Skills, Education and Certifications: • Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) required • Previous experience in Caregiving preferred • Alzheimer's or Dementia experience preferred • Adaptability, empathy, compassion, and kindness is a MUST • Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations • Must be reliable, dependable, and on time • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. • Can pass a background check and provide references • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, current car insurance, and 19 years or older What We Offer: • Competitive wages and weekly pay (to include overtime pay and holiday rate) • Paid Training - Virtual/Online/Hands-On classes • Health insurance for full-time employees • 401k Retirement Plan (employer match) • 24/7 Caregiver Support Team If you’re ready to make a difference and bring joy to others, apply today!
