1. Education: Current Arkansas Licensure as a Registered Nurse. 2. Training and Experience: Two to five years of clinical nursing experience with expertise in designated clinical area. Prior experience as nursing supervisor or leadership role such as charge nurse etc. strongly preferred. Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. Should be knowledgeable in nursing orientation/education. Must be ACLS, CPR certified. 3. Job Knowledge: Working knowledge of clinical nursing practice. Basic knowledge of human resource regulations, nursing education, nursing orientation, staffing, and supervisory responsibilities. 4.
