1. Education: College degree preferred, preferably in business, health or public administration, management or a related field. 2. This includes supervising daily operations; recruitment, staffing and management of staff assigned to the research program; strategic positioning of the program; and, managing the financial performance of the program. The Clinical Research Supervisor is responsible for the securement, oversite, and coordination of research studies. The Clinical Research Supervisor role also includes development of a clinical research program business plan and setting of annual strategic initiatives for the program.
