Who We’re Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: ✔ Compassionate ✔ Dependable ✔ Patient ✔ Team-Oriented ✔ Service-Focused ✔ Professional ✔ Positive ✔ Committed to Helping Others Qualifications Required: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License • Previous Experience working directly with individuals with MH diagnoses and disabilities • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written • Ability to successfully complete all required training programs • Ability to pass Criminal Record History Clearances, FBI, Physical Examination, and Drug Screening Preferred: • Experience in residential services, behavioral health, recovery-oriented care, or human services • Knowledge of Trauma- Informed Care and person-centered practices Schedule • Part-Time • Flexible scheduling based on programmatic needs • Evening, weekend, holiday, and overnight hours may be required.
