Leadership & Collaboration • Build strong partnerships across Data Analytics, Informatics, IT, Data Architecture, and business functions. • Facilitate resolution of competing definitions, ownership, quality, semantic, and data-use requirements. • Influence stakeholders and establish accountability across the organization without relying solely on formal authority. • Represent Data Governance in cross-functional initiatives and external and interagency data partnerships, as appropriate. • Supervise, coach, and develop assigned staff and ensure effective delivery of team priorities.
