Job Description We are looking for a Marketing student to support the planning, production, and monitoring of the company’s social media channels. The intern will be responsible for translating the brand’s objectives into relevant content, tracking the performance of publications, and using data and insights to continuously improve the strategy over time. Qualifications Key Responsibilities • Planning content for social media; • Creating and organizing editorial calendars; • Creating and publishing content for LinkedIn; • Creating videos and posts, as well as participating in events to produce social media content; • Monitoring social media metrics and post performance; • Analyzing data to identify which content, formats, and topics generate the best results; • Preparing reports; • Proposing improvements based on performance results; • Supporting the creation of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Required: • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; • Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing; • Understanding of basic concepts such as reach, engagement, impressions, followers, clicks, etc.; • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions from it; • Basic knowledge of design; • Strong written and verbal communication skills; • Good organization and attention to detail; • A curious and creative mindset, with a willingness to learn; • Knowledge of video editing; • Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. Nice to Have: • Experience with Canva; • Experience with Figma; • Experience building AI agents for marketing; • Experience analyzing social media metrics; • Knowledge of copywriting; • A portfolio or personal content-related project.
