Providing professional customer support to our customers. Supporting Air Fayre's daily operations, while ensuring that departure times are met without delays. Functions and Responsibilities • Completing billing reports & maintaining clean documentation • Staging of equipment & catering equipment on delivery vehicles • Responsible for on-time delivery of catering to aircraft on the airfield • Proper placement of all food and equipment in aircraft in designated areas • Provide customer support, addressing all questions, and/or issues in a professional manner. Ensuring our client’s needs are met • Responsible for maintaining a safe work area & meeting safety regulations/guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications • Able to qualify for Airport Security Clearance • Must be willing to work in various climate environments. • Motivated, proactive in helping others, and dedicated to customer service. • Professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, dependable with a team mentality • Must have a valid driver's license & able to pass a 10-year background check. • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds & work in tight areas, bend, and lift above shoulder height. • Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends, flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
