We offer: • Additional incentives for picking up extra shifts • Overtime opportunities • Holiday pay What You'll Do: As a GNA/CMT, you'll play an important role in enhancing the lives of our residents by: • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) • Administering medications safely and accurately (CMT) • Monitoring and documenting resident care • Recording vital signs and reporting changes in condition • Supporting resident independence while providing compassionate care • Creating meaningful relationships with residents and their families • Working collaboratively with an exceptional interdisciplinary care team Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: • Current Maryland GNA Certification • Current Maryland Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification (preferred for medication technician positions) • Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) • Excellent communication and customer service skills • A passion for providing outstanding care to older adults Why Roland Park Place?
