Job Details Kettering Health Main Campus | Kettering | Full-Time | 12 Hour Shift Nights Responsibilities & Requirements The Lead RN Acute Care provides clinical leadership and coordination for nursing staff in an acute care setting, supporting high-quality patient care, safety, and operational reliability. This role guides care delivery, fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
