Job Summary This position is responsible for ordering, setting up, and deploying all employee cellular devices and air cards, setting up and deploying Avaya VoIP phones and extensions, and providing general customer support for all IT-related issues. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for cellular and VoIP telecommunications for all employees. • Order, set up, and deploy cellular devices for new employees.• Provide replacement devices for broken/lost/stolen inventory. • Order accessory supplies for iPads/Phones/air cards.• Provide customer support for any Cellular/iPad/Aircard device issues. • Manage device activation/deactivation through Wireless Watch Dogs and Intune portals.• Set up new VoIP extensions and voicemails and provide desk phones. • Troubleshoot all issues relating to cellular and VoIP devices. • Provide general IT support for our internal help desk.
