Job Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms; resolve purchase order, contract, invoice and/or payment discrepancies and documentation; ensure credit is received for outstanding credit memos • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to processing in Viewpoint • Process check requests, prepare cash run, obtain all signatures for checks/EFTs and distribute checks accordingly • Reconciliation of vendor statements, including communicating with vendors and responding to inquiries concerning payment or invoice issues • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and best practices • Assist Project Managers in the reconciliation of invoices to Purchase Order and Subcontract commitments • The duties and responsibilities describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position.
