Experience & Qualifications Required: • 3+ years of experience in automotive engineering, vehicle integration, or related fields. • Bachelor’s degree preferred in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and create impactful client presentations. • Experience in any of the following areas is a huge plus: • Body-In-White • Chassis • Electrical Systems • Battery Electric Drivetrain • Ability to travel as required (approximately 10%-15%) Key Responsibilities: • Engage directly with clients to develop innovative solutions in vehicle integration, systems engineering, product design, costing, and manufacturing. • Conduct in-depth assessments and benchmarking to uncover opportunities for performance improvements and cost savings. • Lead and contribute to fast-paced ideation sessions that drive product innovation. • Develop detailed reports and dynamic presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn innovative ideas into practical, high-impact solutions.
