If you’re self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in your work, we want you on our team! • Build trust with customers by clearly explaining system performance and repair needs in everyday language • Present service options, recommend system upgrades or replacements, and promote add-on products • Generate and close in-home sales opportunities for equipment, accessories, and service plans • Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (air handlers, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, drainage, etc.) • Perform system cleanings, adjustments, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs • Maintain compliance with EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards • Accurately document all work and recommendations using ServiceTitan or similar field service software What You Will Bring: • Proven success in Residential HVAC sales or in-home service recommendations • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience • High school diploma or GED; technical training a plus • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops • Excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a drive to meet performance goals • Willingness to participate in rotating on-call shifts Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. • Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. • Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). • Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. • Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
