Overview Opportunity: General Manager Holiday Inn Express Wall Street is hiring a General Manager to lead operations. This role manages a high-volume select-service property where success is measured by GOP margins and IHG brand compliance. You will direct daily activities and collaborate with ownership to meet financial targets. We need a leader who understands the Manhattan labor market and urban occupancy pressures. This position offers direct responsibility for an asset in a dense business corridor. Guest Experience • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the implementation of service standards, personalized experiences, and swift resolution of any issues. • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance guest interactions and exceed expectations. Financial Performance • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, optimize expenses, and achieve budgetary goals. • Monitor financial performance through regular analysis and implement corrective actions as needed. Operational Excellence • Maintain a seamless and efficient operation by overseeing all aspects of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance. • Implement best practices to uphold quality and safety standards. Employee Development • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, empowering team members to excel in their roles and advance within the organization. Your Background and Skills • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field. • Previous hotel management experience required.
