Ability to multi-task and effectively manage customer calls and other administrative responsibilities is essential. What your role will look like • Accurately and appropriately manage and respond to customer questions, concerns and inquiries • Take incoming calls from Service Technicians and provide servicing and dispatch support • Timely and accurate managing of the service call scheduling and dispatching. • Provide customer with requested information by using application software or other appropriate means, and assist customer to achieve total satisfaction • Prepare documentation for data entry; perform data entry including entering customer information into computer system, such as charges or credits on customer accounts • Filing of customer documentation in appropriate folders What you’ll bring to this role • Education: Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent • Experience operating a multi-line/function phone system • Must possess general knowledge of applicable codes to assist technicians • Demonstrate ability to read and write in English and perform basic math skills. • Demonstrate ability to multi-task. • Demonstrate reliability and good customer service skills.
