Responsibilities • Provide preventive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, polishing and fluoride/sealant applications • Assess and document periodontal health and treatment provided • Review and update patient dental histories • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care • Partner with the dentist and clinical team to provide comprehensive patient care • Administer local anesthetic when permitted under Ohio regulations • Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant patient records Qualifications • A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license • CPR/BLS Certification • Ability to manage time efficiently • Excellent verbal skills to communicate professionally with patients and staff • Ability to travel between locations preferred Interested in learning more?
