Job Description - Role & Responsibilities – • Responsible for meeting / exceeding monthly & yearly Sales targets. • Increase business in assigned accounts • Understanding of customer requirements / market segment and the trends. • Introduction of latest products and technical updates to the customers • Record customer visit, and update CRM entries regularly. • Regular Coordination with internal Logistic and Technical team. • New customer development by following up on leads and prospecting. • Follow up quotations, commercial negotiations, and persuade/convince customer to place the order with us - Required Skills – • Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills (Default Skill) • Excellent command over Excel, Power point, Word (Default skill) • Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic work environment • Negotiation Skills • Previous experience in B2B Sales and Marketing for Industrial Automation • Added advantage for experience in distribution or integration.
