Job Description •Receive patients who will receive the procedure and assist the patient before and during the procedure by the doctor to prepare the patient both physically and psychologically and to provide a sense of security and comfort for the patient and the patient's family. •Prepare patients who have completed actions related to administrative needs and provide comprehensive education to patients and their families. •Ensure that all equipment is completely collected and returned after the action is completed. •Return the equipment used to CSSD in complete condition. •Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors. •Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets.
