Job Description • Conducting a training needs analysis internally and externally within the Siloam Hospitals Group. • Coordinating with SMEs and vendors to design appropriate training curricula. • Designing training methods that align with the training curriculum. • Regularly updating the STC training catalog. • Adding local Siloam Hospitals Group content to training programs organized by professional organizations or colleges.
