Why You'll Love Working Here: • We have a fantastic team that truly enjoys working together and helps each other out • Our doctors are approachable and kind and willing to invest in and train their assistants • A fun office culture that provides opportunities to learn and grow your skill set Who You Are: • A Registered Dental Assistant with an active RDA license in the state of Texas • 1 year of previous RDA experience and comes to work each day with a great attitude • Outgoing, reliable and eager to learn and grow with a team long-term ______________________________________________________________________________________ Schedule: • Monday-Friday 7:50am to 5pm • On rare occasions Saturdays from 7:50am-12pm Compensation: $17-$18/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance Benefits: We offer a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401k matching, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, life insurance, and EAP. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities: • A thorough review and update of the patient's health history • Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory • Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations • Assist the dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry • Provide post-operative care instructions • Assist with ordering and stocking supplies ______________________________________________________________________________________ Requirements: • Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of Texas • 1 year of previous RDA experience • Active CPR certification • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! Pay Range USD $17.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
