Job Summary Southend Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Pharmacy Technician to support sterile compounding operations in a Full-Time capacity. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, quality, and patient safety standards within the pharmacy. Work Schedule: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off; Night Shift Shift Days: Wednesday–Tuesday; Hours worked 74; will be compensated for 80 hours • Wednesday and Thursday: 10-hour shifts: 9:00 PM–7:30 AM • Friday - Saturday: 12-hour shifts; 9:00 PM–9:30 AM • Sunday - Tuesday: 10-hour shifts: 9:00 PM–7:30 AM Key Responsibilities • Perform sterile compounding with precision and adherence to protocols • Ensure accurate and timely medication preparation and distribution • Maintain proper documentation and organization of medication records • Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed • Support compliance with all regulatory and safety standards What We Require • Active Registered Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) • Minimum 1+ years of recent experience in sterile compounding environments • Current IV Sterile Compounding Certification (e.g., ACPE-accredited sterile compounding certification) • Ability to work required PRN schedule and maintain flexibility What We Offer • Full benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401(k) with company match, PTO, Flex days, holidays, and more! • Competitive hourly $26+/hr depending on experience with eligibility for performance-based quarterly bonus opportunities.
