This is an in-office opportunity in New York, NY. About this position The Technical Support Specialist role is a 12-month residency at a leading global tech company, designed to provide hands-on experience and practical skills in technical support. The primary responsibility is to assist users with troubleshooting and resolving computer system issues, gaining exposure to a wide range of technical challenges varying in complexity. This opportunity is ideal for building real-world expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment.
