Qualifications Do I Have What it Takes?You might be a great fit if you: • Love talking to people and enjoy face-to-face conversations. • Bring energy, positivity, and self-motivation to everything you do. • Stay calm and professional, even when someone says “no.” • Are a go-getter who’s focused on results and personal growth. • Know how to listen actively and ask the right questions to understand what customers need. • Can read the room and recognize when someone’s interested. • Are organized and manage your time well throughout your shift. • Feel comfortable guiding conversations toward a clear next step — setting an appointment. • Can stand or walk for 4–8 hours at a time in a retail environment. • Are comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, texting, and emailing. • Can work Saturdays, when Costco is busiest.
