What You’ll Do: • Supervise and support the nursing team to deliver exceptional care • Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations • Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to nursing staff • Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure quality outcomes • What We’re Looking For: • Active RN License in PA • Prior experience of six (6) months providing care in a SNF preferred • Leadership or supervisory experience required • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills • Compassionate, team-oriented approach to resident care Visit www.wel.org to learn more.
