Job Summary: The Utility/Dishwasher is responsible for general kitchen sanitation, washing of pots, and dishes. Essential Resposibilies: • Wash dishes, glasses, and silver ware. • Wash pots and pans. • Maintain areas in a clean-as-you-go condition. • Remove and bus cafeteria dish racks. • Keep dish and pot areas orderly and clean.
