Responsibilities Regional Education Specialist (Critical Care) This position is accountable for assuming leadership in the area of educational design, planning, implementation and evaluation for Patient Care and Clinical Ancillary Services. As such, position responsibilities focus on accomplishing goals within the domain of professional development and teaching/learning. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: • Must have a current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State. • Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. • Minimum of 5 years acute care experience. • Minimum of 2 years previous educational experience • Requires Master’s preparation in nursing and/or education, or comparable graduate education. • Must be able to travel to a variety of Prime Healthcare facilities on an as needed basis Saint Clare's Health includes CMS 5-Star Rated hospitals and is an award-winning provider of safe, high quality, compassionate care, serving the communities of Morris, Warren and Sussex counties. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
