Overview Department: OFIL AdmittingShift: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE, DaysFacility: OFIL Homewood TherapyLocation: 18460 Governors Highway, Homewood, IL 60430 Responsibilities Under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist, provides medically prescribed therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. Performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy, state and federal regulatory, licensing and accrediting requirements. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. A.A. Degree. 2. Current state Physical Therapist Assistance license. 3. Current BCLS (AHA) Certificate upon hire and maintain current. 4. Healthcare experience preferred.
