Overview Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP is seeking a mid- to senior-level Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group. As an AmLaw100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that manages a range of financial and real estate matters to a variety of clients. **NO AGENCIES PLEASE** A Day in the Life The Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group focuses on real estate and finance matters throughout the United States, including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts. The team represents lenders and commercial real estate developers in a variety of transactions across the United States. All candidates are asked to submit a Cover letter, Resume, Copy of law school transcript We Know You You have 3 to 7 years of meaningful commercial real estate finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders. You have strong writing, analytical and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude and a great work ethic. You have excellent academic credentials and are admitted to and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and/or Texas. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off. • The salary/wage range for this position is $230,000 - $320,000 annually.
