Opportunity Details A highly regarded, established multispecialty surgical practice in Wellington, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon with a strong focus in Breast Surgery to join its growing team. Candidate Profile Qualified candidates should: • Be Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery • Have a strong interest and demonstrated experience in Breast Surgery • Be eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license • Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and surgical skills • Have a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Be comfortable managing benign and malignant breast disease • Be interested in developing referral relationships and growing a successful surgical practice • Value collaboration, professionalism, and long-term practice development Breast surgery experience is strongly preferred. Fellowship training in breast surgical oncology is welcomed but not required for the right candidate.
