WE LOVE OUR WORK. • Maintain the beverage stock in beverage supply room. • Stock all bars and beverage stations with supplies. • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons. • Serve wine, and bottled or draft beer. Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks. • Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. • Accurately account for and collect payment for all drink orders through MICROS system. • Attempt to limit problems related to guests’ excessive drinking by providing responsible alcohol service. • Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays. • Clean bars, work areas and tables. Order or requisition liquor and supplies. BRING US YOUR BEST. • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification. • These skills and abilities are typically acquired through at least 2-years’ experience directly related to the accountabilities specified.
