Job Description Why Join Care Partners? • Competitive pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour • Flexible scheduling with a variety of caregiver shifts based on client needs and availability • Streamlined hiring process with virtual interviews available • $150 Commitment Bonus after 30 days and maintaining committed availability • Paid Orientation and training • Health insurance and 401(k) available after one year for employees who meet eligibility requirements • Ongoing caregiver training and professional support • Employee appreciation Your Role as a Caregiver • Provide compassionate, one-on-one caregiver support tailored to each client • Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) • Provide companionship and meaningful engagement • Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping • Follow individualized care plans and communicate client updates Qualifications Position Requirements • Minimum 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to provide quality caregiver support • Authorized to work in the United States • Ability to pass background check and drug screening • Current TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; cost assistance available • Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required.
