We will be implementing a program that will allow our employees to take an advance on a portion of their earned wages. • Free employee membership to the Shanna and Bryan Glazer JCC and JCC on the Cohn Campus, which have fitness centers, pools, adult and children programming, childcare and much more. • Employee discounts offered on any enrollment in our preschool, aftercare and summer camp programs at any of our facilities. • Discounts at our Shanna and Bryan Glazer JCC Event Center • Flexible Work Schedule Essential Job Functions (but not limited to) Maintain dishwasher chemical levels, oversee any issues pertaining to dishwasher, and help when needed to keep kitchen clean Clean all dishware or items used by the kitchen and once dried store them in the proper location Help kitchen staff prep for events as needed Take out all trash at the conclusion of shift; breakdown boxes and dispose in recycle dumpster Mop all floors and sanitize all kitchen surfaces at conclusion of shift Position Requirements Ability to interact and develop rapport with kitchen staff Professional appearance and attitude Must be able to work a flexible schedule Physical Requirements Lifting, pushing and pulling in excess of 50 pounds using proper body mechanics and/or available equipment as physically required for extended periods of time. Be able to walk, bend, stoop, balance, crawl and reach for extended periods of time Must be capable of work at heights, sometimes above 10 feet.
