As a 3rd Shift Order Selector, you’ll play a crucial role in preparing customer orders with speed, accuracy, and care. Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you'll help ensure that businesses, restaurants, and communities receive the products they rely on every day. What You’ll Do • Pick and stage products using a stand-up pallet rider • Ensure order accuracy and apply proper labeling • Move pallets to designated dry, refrigerated, or freezer zones • Load trucks in route order for efficient delivery • Follow safety check procedures and maintain a clean workspace What We’re Looking For • Must be 18+ years old • Able to lift 35–60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift • Ability to speak, read, and write English • Detail-oriented and accurate when reading, labeling, and handling inventory • Dependable and safety-minded with a strong work ethic • Excellent attendance and punctuality Schedule • Sunday through Thursday • 8:00 PM start time until shift completion • Expect 40–50 hours per week Pay & Benefits • Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 up to $20.00 per hour. • Weekly pay • Affordable Health, dental, and vision insurance plans - Available after 90 days! • Employer-Paid Basic Life Insurance • Employee Voluntary Life Insurance • Paid time off - Eligible after 6 months! • 401(k) with company match • On-the-job, hands-on training
