TMCO is currently seeking Powder Coating Technicians for our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts to support our growing production team. Qualifications and Skills: • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Comfortable working in a warm environment • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions • Detail oriented • Ability to work well on a team Job Duties: Supporting ALL aspects of a very busy productive powder coating facility.
