Qualifications and Skills: • 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Basic computer skills required, including experience using CMMS/work order management software • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely • Ability to read basic blueprints, manuals, and work instructions • Good problem-solving skills • Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team • Good communication skills • Strong attention to safety Job Duties: • Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records using maintenance software/CMMS systems • Respond to and troubleshoot building, equipment, and facility maintenance issues in a timely manner • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility, including minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. • Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and the facility to identify maintenance needs • Assist with installation, setup, and minor repair of equipment as needed • Perform general labor and outdoor maintenance tasks, including grounds and facility upkeep • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Benefits: • Paid holidays • Vacation • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans • 401k retirement plan with company match • Overtime available 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5:00pm
