Why Drive for Ferraro Foods? • $100,000–$115,000 annual earning potential, including variable incentive pay • $3,000 sign-on bonus — $1,500 after 90 days and $1,500 after one year • Home daily – local delivery routes • Monday–Friday schedule, with Saturday flexibility based on business needs • Consistent routes and steady work • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company contribution • Paid time off and paid holidays • Additional voluntary benefits • Modern equipment and a driver-focused culture • Opportunities for career growth Schedule & Route Details • Location: Syracuse, NY • Schedule: Monday–Friday, with Saturday flexibility based on business needs • Start Times: Between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM • Return Times: Approximately 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, depending on route completion • Route Type: Local foodservice deliveries with multiple customer stops • Freight: Refrigerated and perishable food products • Delivery Type: Hands-on unloading at customer locations What You'll Do • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle along assigned delivery routes • Deliver foodservice products to restaurants and other customer locations • Unload and place products in designated storage areas, including basements and tight delivery spaces • Handle refrigerated and perishable products to maintain quality and freshness • Provide professional, friendly customer service at every stop • Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records • Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures What We're Looking For • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) • At least 1 year of CDL A driving experience • Current DOT medical card • Driving record that meets company and applicable DOT requirements • Must be at least 21 years old for interstate operations • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 80 lbs • Ability to maneuver loaded handcarts weighing up to 200 lbs • Comfortable with physically demanding delivery work, including frequent lifting, bending, and unloading • Dependable, safety-focused, and customer-service oriented • Preferred: Experience in foodservice, grocery, beverage, or restaurant supply delivery Ready to Get Behind the Wheel?
