Why Drive for Ferraro Foods? • $350 daily base pay – approximately $91,000 annually • Dedicated shuttle route: Syracuse, NY → Piscataway, NJ → Syracuse, NY • Start and end your route in Syracuse • Consistent Sunday–Thursday schedule • Evening start times, approximately 5:00–7:00 PM • Steady work with an established foodservice distributor • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company contribution • Paid time off and paid holidays • Additional voluntary benefits • Opportunities for growth within transportation Schedule & Route Details • Home Base: Syracuse, NY • Route: Syracuse, NY to Piscataway, NJ and return to Syracuse, NY • Schedule: Sunday–Thursday • Start Time: Approximately 5:00–7:00 PM • Pay: $350 per day • Freight: Refrigerated and perishable food products • Position Type: Full-time, dedicated shuttle route What You'll Do • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle along the scheduled shuttle route • Transport refrigerated and perishable food products between Ferraro Foods distribution centers • Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections • Maintain product integrity and proper temperature control throughout transport • Complete transportation documentation and maintain accurate records • Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures • Communicate effectively with transportation leadership regarding route updates or delays What We're Looking For • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) • Doubles/Triples (T) endorsement required • Current DOT medical certification • Driving record that meets company and applicable DOT requirements • Ability to safely operate a commercial vehicle for extended periods • Comfortable working evening and overnight hours • Dependable, safety-focused, and committed to on-time performance • Strong communication and time management skills • Preferred: Experience operating refrigerated (reefer) trailers, doubles/triples combinations, or dedicated shuttle routes Ready to Get Behind the Wheel?
