Job Description Team Health and Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN) in Chillicothe, Ohio. The LPN will be providing Correctional Medical care for those housed at at the Ross County Jail. Position Highlights: • Full- Time Night Shift • We staff from 7p-7a 3 days a week with every other weekend. (Required to work every-other-weekend) • Adult population Job Duties: • Provide a range of medical care to include primary, addiction, urgent and behavioral health care • Free from coding, billing, insurance, satisfaction surveys, ICD-10 and DRGS • Care is evidence based. We address needs, not wants • Vast array of medical pathology that is not seen in any one other healthcare location • Work is socially meaningful as patients are a socially marginalized and lack ordinary access to medical care whether due to lack of insurance, mental illness or homelessness (**for anyone interested in addiction medicine or mental health) • Large degree of medical autonomy and free of micromanaging.
