Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Advanced PT. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being. • Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results • Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines • Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers • Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians • Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals • Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments • Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies Qualifications • Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
