Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 09:00 AMTue12:00 AM - 09:30 AMWed12:00 AM - 09:30 AMThur12:00 AM - 09:30 AMSun11:00 PM - 09:30 AM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures. • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking lots, entry points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. • Monitor access points, verify authorized entry as directed by site policies, and maintain accurate logs and reports of patrols, incidents, and unusual activity. • Communicate professionally with site personnel, delivery drivers, visitors, and Allied Universal management while supporting a professional and orderly work environment. Minimum Requirements: • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
