Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:00 AMFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSat12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, healthcare location policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. • Respond to incidents, critical situations, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols. • Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns. • Assist with access control, visitor management, and monitoring of restricted areas in accordance with location procedures. • Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. • Meet hospital vaccination requirements. • Be able to work in a hospital morgue. • Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting. • Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
