Responsibilities The Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for Preventative Maintenance on building equipment primarily in DC/VA. This is a mobile position that requires driving to different locations in DC and VA. The Building Maintenance Technician will conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the system and associated equipment. Location: Washington, DC/VA Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday) Salary: $25 per hour Mileage paid Reliable transportation, mileage paid. On-call duties as required. Responsibilities: - Preventative maintenance on equipment, change filters, ballast, light bulbs, flush valves, toilet repairs, etc.- Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas and comply with all generally recognized safety procedures- Other related responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Qualifications - Must have reliable transportation - Good driving record - High school diploma or GED preferred - Commercial building experience and operations knowledge - Universal CFC a plus EOE, including disability/veterans IND123
